Though I don’t run Linux, I am glad that it is competing with Microsoft and Apple, as it forces everyone to step up their game. Linux is an open-source and sometimes, free, operating system for your computer. Today I stumbled upon a version of Linux called ‘Ubuntu Christian Edition‘.
At first, I thought this was a joke, but this is the real thing. You can purge your computer of Windows or OSX or whatever you are using, and baptize (or load) it with Ubuntu Christian. Once you convert to Ubuntu, you will have access to various Christian applications like a virtual Rosary and a Bible Memorizer.
I mean, come on, What (kind of Operating System) would Jesus run?
Imagine sitting at a coffee shop and the person next to you asks you what kind of system you are running. Wouldn’t you like to turn that into an evangelistic conversation by witnessing to her through your OS?
Psalm 150.4 proclaims, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” Well, even those things that do not have breath shall praise the Lord!
